Cleared for the US border
We prepare the documentation US importers, customs brokers and banks expect, and we coordinate category compliance for every line we sell — food-contact, Prop 65, electrical safety and correct classification.
Know what your shipment needs
Food-contact (FDA)
Kitchenware that touches food ships with material declarations and lead-free glaze statements, plus FDA food-contact compliance guidance for your importer of record.
Prop 65 support
For items sold into California, we provide material information and exposure statements so your counsel can evaluate Prop 65 obligations per product and finish.
UL / ETL coordination
Hardwired lighting ships with US 120V wiring; we coordinate UL/ETL certification paths with your importer of record before production. Plug-in cord sets are UL-listed.
HS classification
Indicative HS codes are published on every product card for planning. Final classification is confirmed with your importer of record per shipment.
The shipping file, item by item
| Commercial invoice | Final quantities and values, matching the contract and packing list line by line. |
|---|---|
| Packing list | Carton counts, weights and dimensions per item for freight and customs review. |
| Bill of lading / AWB | Ocean or air transport document issued by the carrier on our shipping instructions. |
| Certificate of origin | Provided where applicable, supporting tariff preference claims filed by your importer of record. |
| ISF (10+2) guidance | Importer Security Filing data points supplied to your broker in time for the filing window. |
| Material & compliance files | Material declarations, glaze statements and electrical specs per category, on request. |
Compliance requirements vary by product, finish, packaging and destination state. We publish what we can confirm in good faith; final legal obligations sit with the importer of record, and we work alongside them to close each gap.
