Terms a buyer can bank on
Clear MOQs, standard Incoterms, traceable payment methods and a complete shipping file on every order — the way we trade is designed to work with your customs broker, your freight forwarder and your bank.
| Minimum order | MOQs are published per item on each collection page (typically 60–500 units). Mixed lines may be combined to reach container-level volume. |
|---|---|
| Incoterms | EXW, FOB Hong Kong, CIF and DDP are available. FOB Hong Kong is our standard; the term is confirmed in the sales contract for every order. |
| Payment methods | Bank transfer (T/T), and letters of credit (L/C) for qualified orders. Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice and mirrored in the sales contract. |
| Pricing | Quoted per item, per quantity tier and per finish. Quotes are valid for 30 days; confirmed prices do not change between quote and invoice. |
| Lead times | 20–50 days from order confirmation depending on line and quantity, stated per item and reconfirmed at quote stage. |
| Quality control | Inline checks during production plus a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) on every order. Inspection photos and a report are available on request. |
| Samples | Pre-production samples available for most lines. Sample cost is invoiced and credited against the first production order. |
| Private label | Custom finishes, retail packaging and private-label branding available across all five collections. |
Structured for bank clearance
Proforma invoice
The commercial terms — items, quantities, unit prices, Incoterms and payment schedule — are fixed on a proforma invoice before production begins.
Sales contract
A signed sales contract records the same terms for both parties — a single source of truth for your procurement team and your bank.
Commercial invoice
Issued at shipment with the final quantity and value, matching the contract and the packing list line by line for customs and banking records.
Every document, before the vessel sails
For every order we hand over a complete document set, prepared in English and formatted for US customs and bank review:
- Commercial invoice (CI)
- Packing list (PL)
- Bill of lading (B/L) or air waybill (AWB)
- Certificate of origin where applicable
- HS classification support for planning
- Compliance support (food-contact, Prop 65, UL/ETL coordination)
